The Smart Hotel Saslong impressed me with its spacious room and quality fittings. The ski room stood out as the best I've encountered, making it easy to manage my gear. The bar served an excellent aperitif, and the dinner was top-notch, particularly the melt-in-your-mouth Blue steak for two. Breakfast exceeded my expectations with a great selection of fresh produce. I appreciated the complimentary fried sardine and salad appetizer during dinner, which added a thoughtful touch. However, check-in was a bit frustrating. there was no one at the front desk initially, and I experienced some nickeling with fees to store luggage. The WiFi was spotty, only available in the lobby. Overall, an enjoyable stay, but slight improvements in service accessibility and WiFi would enhance the experience.

I had an awesome stay, the breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, and I loved the honesty coffee bar! The only downside was the less effective noise insulation in the room.

Had a great time with friends! The skiing was fantastic, and we also enjoyed some amazing hikes in the Puez-Odle National Park. The breakfast was a hit, covering everyone's diets. Convenient ski bus stop right by the hotel made it easy for us to hit the slopes! Definitely recommend it for a fun getaway!

Staying here with our five kids was perfect for family fun! The hotel's location is stunning, surrounded by the breathtaking Dolomites and plenty of sports activities in S. Cristina. Breakfast was fantastic, significantly raising our mood for the day ahead.

For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly TV options.

Just a reliable pick for taking strolls in Santa Cristina Val Gardena with definitely value for money. They have a fantastic ski room with washing machine and dryer, which was super convenient. Make sure to eat dinner early to save some cash.

Rooms were spacious and had nice amenities like a flat-screen TV, private bathroom and soundproofing. The hotel had a personal trainer for spa facilities, which was great. Loved the feather pillows and excellent shower. Great to have a safe and accessible elevator too. The overall atmosphere was super welcoming!
